Revive

Deeper restorative care for a well-worn hat that needs more than routine maintenance—the complete Essential service combined with deeper corrective care, interior detailing, more extensive shape correction, and renewal of one standard worn component.

Rescue

Our most comprehensive level of care, intended for severely misshapen, crushed, heavily worn, faded, neglected, or significantly compromised hats—deep professional care combined with advanced corrective handwork and color refreshing when appropriate.

Crushed and severely misshapen hats belong here rather than carrying a separate reshaping surcharge.

Color refreshing aims to revive the depth and character of the original color. Age, fading, previous treatments, material condition, and environmental exposure may prevent a complete return to the original color; the integrity of the hat always takes priority over aggressive treatment.

Best for hats that need to be rescued, reconstructed, revived, or significantly restored.

Standard turnaround: approximately seven days. Complex restorations may require up to 14 days, and you will be notified if additional time is necessary.

Consultation required. Straw is assessed individually before any work or payment.
