From seasonal reshaping to regular maintenance, Society members receive year-round access to professional care, preferred pricing, and expanded concierge pickup and delivery—helping the hats they wear most continue looking and feeling their best.

A collection deserves more than individual repairs. The Collector is The Hat Lab's private annual care program for clients maintaining multiple important hats. We document, assess, and care for your collection over time—creating a service history and helping you understand what needs attention now and what should simply be preserved.

I understand this is a 12-month membership commitment, that it is non-refundable and cannot be cancelled during the active term, and that included services expire at the end of the membership year without rollover.

Included services are tracked as a benefit balance on your account and redeemed against qualifying work. Member discounts apply to qualifying base services and, for Collector, to qualifying repairs and standard material replacements. Discounts do not apply to shipping, specialty materials, custom hats, or separately quoted work.
