Metro Atlanta pickup and delivery runs on geographic routes. Everywhere else, our nationwide mail-in service brings your hat to the atelier.

Complete an individual intake for each hat, upload photographs, and choose your service online.

We collect—or you ship
Metro Atlanta pickup runs on your recommended or alternate route day. Nationwide clients mail their hats to the atelier.

Cared for by hand
Assessed individually, then cleaned, steamed, and re-blocked on wooden forms sized to the hat's own crown.

Professionally returned
Wrapped in tissue, professionally boxed, and secured—delivered locally on Monday or Friday, or returned by carrier.
Route days
Two eligible pickup days.
Most local customers receive one recommended route day and one alternate route day with limited availability. Your address determines your zone once it is entered at checkout.
North & Northwest
Sandy Springs, Smyrna, Marietta, Roswell, Alpharetta, Northwest Atlanta, and qualifying North Fulton and Cobb addresses

Arrival ranges, not appointments.

Pickup windows are route arrival ranges rather than exact appointment times. We will text you as we approach.
Priority pickup may be arranged outside your standard route day, subject to availability. Because it is added to an active route, an exact pickup time cannot be guaranteed.
Present or secure location
You can meet our courier, or arrange a secure pickup location. If you choose a secure location we will ask for the exact spot, access instructions, confirmation that the area is dry and protected, and your acknowledgment that customer responsibility continues until collection is confirmed.
Local customers do not need to package their hats for shipping.

Fees are measured from our private Midtown Atlanta origin and charged once per order. Beyond 35 miles we recommend nationwide mail-in.
Delivery
Monday and Friday.
Local deliveries run Monday and Friday in the same three windows. Once your order is marked ready, you will receive a secure link to choose your day, window, and whether you will be present or prefer a secure location.
Your finished hat will be carefully wrapped in tissue, professionally boxed, and secured to help preserve its crown and brim.
